Jackson, WY, Feb 23, 2010 - Cloudveil, producer of mountain apparel, announces the resignation of Co-founder/President Stephen Sullivan. Sullivan leaves Cloudveil clothing after almost thirteen years to pursue personal interests.

Sullivan has overseen Cloudveil’s product, marketing, sales and retail divisions through the course of the company’s history, starting the company with Co-founder Brian Cousins in 1997 out of a tiny 400 square-foot office in downtown Jackson, and building it into one of the top outdoor apparel brands.

“My resignation from Cloudveil was submitted in late January as I was made aware that there would be a change in ownership,” explained Sullivan. “Although the last 13 years have been extremely rewarding, I decided that it was simply time for me to take a step back and re-evaluate both personal and professional objectives.”
